Monitoring
LRP uses segregated Gender and Social Inclusion Sensitive Management Information System (GSIMIS) for collecting data, measuring results and documenting the achievements under all its five components. All implementing partners are oriented on qualitative and quantitative monitoring and reporting system. Quarterly monitoring plan and occasional monitoring field visits are organized to ensure project goal and objectives are on the track.

Monitoring of the project activities and results is done through

Community Groups/Users’ Committees

Community Groups, User Committees, Youth Clubs and Women Rights Forum carry out joint participatory monitoring system and do the documentation.

District Field Office

The project makes the cross checking and provides oversight to the monitoring procedures undertaken by the District Field Office.

Project Management Unit (PMU)

Programme Management collects,integrates and analyzes data from the programme district and produces quarterly
